DO NOT ENTER OUR FACILITY WITHOUT READING AND ADHERING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We warmly welcome you to Boswells Estate Dog Park and hope you enjoy your visit. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please carefully read and follow the terms and conditions below our Dog Field and Park.
Arrival
-
When entering Boswells Estate Dog Park, the gate should be open. Drive in, park, and close the metal gate BEFORE letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle.
-
When leaving, secure your dog(s) in your vehicle BEFORE opening the gate. Once through, leave the gate open for the next user.
-
Please leave at least 5 minutes before the end of your booking to allow a smooth changeover.
-
Do not arrive early. Wait outside if you arrive before your allotted time.
-
All guests must read the rule board upon arrival.
-
We strongly recommend inspecting the field on your first visit to ensure it is suitable for your dog(s), including fence height and proximity to livestock (cows border the area).
-
Never enter the car park if the gate is closed or if another vehicle is inside. If someone has overstayed their booking, please text or call us on 07712405930
-
Please respect the customers and family of The Estate and Coachhouse. The car park comfortably holds two vehicles. Even if space appears available, wait until the previous users have left before entering. Dogs must only exit vehicles once you are fully inside and have secured the car park gate.

-
Please leave the facility as you found it—clean up after your dog, and take home all toys, especially any broken or chewed items.
-
Dog waste bins are provided. Use the bags located at the clean-up points, and please use a spare bag when lifting the bin handles to maintain hygiene.
-
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to ensure they are made aware of and follow these terms. No one may enter the facility without agreeing to them. A copy is also posted in the car park.
